Shiuli Deka

Counseling Psychologist

Shiuli is a Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.

She sees therapy as a gentle space to pause, reflect, and connect with oneself , not just a place to solve challenges, but also to understand, unwind, and grow at one’s own pace.

Her approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from CBT, REBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, while always shaping the process around each person’s unique needs.

Creativity is an important part of her philosophy, as she believes that creating, in any form- brings hope, meaning, and a sense of purpose.

Shiuli also believes that sensitivity is not a weakness but a quiet superpower, allowing us to feel deeply, care sincerely, and build authentic connections.
