Sarah Abraham

Counseling Psychologist

Sarah is a Counselling Psychologist who takes a trauma-informed, eclectic approach to therapy, with a special grounding in Narrative Therapy.

She also draws from person-centered principles, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices to meet each client where they are.

At the heart of her work is the belief that stories shape who we are, and that every individual has the capacity to re-author their own narrative with compassion and agency.

Guided by empathy, warmth, and respect for each person’s lived experience, she strives to create a space where individuals feel heard, validated, and supported in their process of self-discovery and growth.

Talk to her about: your sense of self, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, conflict resolution, grief, anger, workplace stress, and more.
