Counseling Psychologist
Hello! My name is Kunali. I am a mental health professional with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Alder University, Canada.
I have worked with Indian and international clients, aged 25-75, supporting them through experiences such as grief, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, time management, and more.
I use an eclectic approach, drawing from Adlerian Therapy, CBT, Narrative Practices, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and culturally sensitive care, honouring your intersecting identities and the ways in which systems of oppression shape your experiences.
We will center our work around your personal values, culture, and worldview. I see therapy as a sacred space where all parts of you are welcomed and held with safety, compassion, and non-judgment.
I believe that the purpose of therapy is not only to help and empower you to navigate life’s trials, but also to reconnect you with joy, meaning, and pleasure.
It would be a joy and an honour to walk alongside you, as a fellow traveller and witness, on your journey of healing and discovery.
