Counseling Psychologist
Hello! I’m Gargie, a psychologist who believes therapy can act as a mirror: reflecting the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten or overlooked, and helping us return to our most authentic selves, even amidst life’s chaos.
My worldview is shaped by literature, philosophy, and psychology, and I’m deeply interested in the ways our experiences shape who we are. I believe that within those experiences often lie the answers we search for in the outside world.
In my work, I aim to hold up this mirror for my clients, walking alongside them as they explore their reflections and their self, and support them in doing so in a compassionate way towards themselves.
Within this space, each client carries with them a history shaped by their own unique lived experiences.
I aim to create a space for all that clients walk in with, one that is informed, respectful, and free from judgment — a space where your pace is honored, your experiences are valued, and you feel safe to explore what matters to you.
Together, we can reflect on what’s been shaping your life, make sense of the challenges you’re facing, and identify the directions or goals that feel right for you. The journey is yours, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate it.
