Congratulations on Completing Your 12-Week Journey!

You just finished 12 weeks of consistent journaling, habit building, and working toward your goals. That takes real commitment, and you should be proud!

Why we created this journal?

Rocket Health and myPaperclip worked together to create this journal because we believe that one's mental health is deeply connected to their habits and their ability to manage their time.

We tried to create something that would help you become a happier and better version of yourself. Our goal was to improve your mental health by giving you the tools to manage your habits and time better.

But we also know that sometimes tools alone aren't enough to understand the full depth of our mental health – it may require further guidance and support.

When Journaling Feels Like It's Not Enough

While journaling does help in self-reflection, there are times when you might notice:

  • Recurring patterns in your thoughts or moods
  • Overwhelming emotions  that journaling doesn't seem to help with
  • Stress or anxiety affecting your daily life and relationships
  • Difficulty processing major life changes, trauma, or loss
  • Feeling alone in your struggles
  • Questions about your mental health that you need help understanding

These experiences are completely normal, and recognizing them is actually a sign of growth and self-awareness and show that you are ready for the next step.

How Therapy Can Complement Your Journey

Professional therapy builds on the foundation you've already created through journaling:

🧠 Deeper Understanding: A therapist helps you explore the patterns and themes you've discovered in your journal entries

💡 Professional Tools: Learn evidence-based techniques and coping strategies to your specific needs

🗣️ Safe Space: Express thoughts and feelings that might feel too vulnerable to write down

📈 Structured Progress: Work with a professional to set mental health goals and track meaningful change

🤝 Ongoing Support: Regular sessions provide consistent guidance through life's ups and downs

Remember: Therapy isn't just for crisis moments. It's preventive care for your mental health, just like regular check-ups for your physical health.
